Services

Closet Queen Malibu provides professional organization services including but not limited to closet organization, pantry systems, garage storage, laundry room setup, and move-in organization services. All services are provided subject to these terms and any additional agreements we may enter into with you.

Booking and Consultations

When you request a consultation or book our services:

• We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated timeline
• Consultations may be conducted in-person or virtually
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with reasonable notice
• You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice

Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services will be provided during the consultation process. Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. We accept various payment methods as discussed during consultation.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your space and needs
• Grant us access to the areas we need to organize
• Make decisions about items to keep, donate, or discard in a timely manner
• Ensure a safe working environment for our team
• Make payment according to agreed terms

Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Providing professional, respectful service
• Arriving on time for scheduled appointments
• Treating your belongings with care and respect
• Maintaining confidentiality about your home and belongings
• Following all applicable health and safety guidelines

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care with your belongings, Closet Queen Malibu's liability is limited to the value of our services. We are not responsible for damage to items that were already in poor condition or for items that you choose to discard. We recommend that clients handle valuable or sentimental items themselves.

Intellectual Property

Any photographs, designs, or organizational systems created during our services remain the property of Closet Queen Malibu. We may use photographs of completed projects for marketing purposes with your consent.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
